PWSA (Pittsburgh Water and Sewage Authority) is the provider for water and sewage services throughout the city of Pittsburgh. I don’t like their rates, but will have to accept them as they are my only options. The wealthier I will be, the more water and sewage that would be use. This is because of my business venture(s).
